I was walking again in SoHo, this time on Grand Street, when I stumbled upon Voce Di. I could not believe I had missed this place that has been open for a year. The space is amazing, as it used to be a metal workshop from 1907. The store carries different pieces from industrial and furniture designers and exclusive collaborations plus some drool-worthy Italian kitchens (including the pod above in 5 that closes completely and disappears behind doors). I was particularly drawn to the pieces made by Filipino designer Kenneth Cobompue whose chairs I want to incorporate in my design projects ASAP. Anyone who is into design, should definitely visit Voce Di.
